Hi I’m Sarah and I’m a Psychologist here at Thoughtful Movement

About Sarah
My journey began in the realm of working with children and families both in child protection and supporting them navigate the challenges of high-conflict separations. Along the way, I gained extensive experience as a crisis line counselor focused on suicide prevention. As I transitioned into my role as a psychologist, I pursued my dream of establishing a private practice—a space where my clients can truly feel safe and heard. Here, we provide the support they need to take meaningful steps toward enhancing their health and well-being.
I’ve developed a deep passion for the impact of psychology within the workplace. I believe there’s immense potential to boost business performance by supporting management and fostering a positive environment for all employees. I’m committed to addressing issues like burnout and enhancing employee performance, with the goal of transforming workplaces into thriving spaces for everyone involved.
Hi I’m Henry and I’m a Provisional Psychologist here at Thoughtful Movement

About Henry
I’m pursuing a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Southern Queensland, with over seven years in the military and a background in paramedicine fueling my passion for men’s mental health. I enjoy working with men and boys, veterans, and everyday blokes. I get the challenges we face today—anger, anxiety, trauma, and the pressure to adapt while staying strong. Society throws a lot at us, from shifting roles to unspoken struggles, and I’m here to help. I collaborate with psychologists, blending my experience with practical approaches to create a no-pressure space where you’re respected and heard. Whether it’s unpacking tough stuff or building resilience, I keep it straightforward and effective. My goal? To support you in a way that honours your strengths and tackles what’s holding you back.
