Everyone knows that exercise is a key factor when it comes to our physical health, but did you know it also plays a role in improving our mental health as well? Our personal trainers understand the importance of regular exercise, but they also know that everybody has different needs. Which is why we take the time to create fun PT sessions that are engaging and most importantly centred around what you’re looking to achieve.

We come to you. That’s the beauty of our outreach services. Whether it’s a nearby park, basketball court, beach or your own backyard, we will work with you to find your ideal setting to work out in./

For Who?

Our personal trainers take an all abilities approach to their roles. As a caring collective we take great measures during initial assessments to create plans and goals that cater for any mental or physical disabilities, complex health needs, and first-timers through to fitness fanatics.

For the kids?

All ages are welcome! And to make sure exercise is seen as a fun way to channel pent up energy, our personal trainers incorporate games and activities to keep kids engaged and motivated.

For a challenge?

Looking for something a little extra? How about kick-boxing, strength and conditioning, pad sessions, or Muay Thai? Our personal trainers come from a range of backgrounds and are happy to provide combat orientated workouts.
