Personal Training

Personal Training is flexible and delivered outreach to your home, local outdoor environments or inside gyms. When commencing with our service an intake will occur to assess and understand your health and fitness needs. We aim to cater for any disabilities or complex health needs and our program extends to those at peak fitness seeking a challenge with an intense fitness regime. We work with you to establish goal plans and support you every step of the way to achieve the desired outcome.

All Ages are welcome at Thoughtful Movement and we aim to make fitness fun for children and young people to get essential exercise and enjoy their time with our friendly staff. Our training sessions incorporate games and activities to keep kids interested and motivated.

Training sessions can include combat orientated workouts, pad sessions, boxing, Muay Thai, kick boxing and strength and conditioning training.
